Tap New slideshow and choose photos (and video clips, with Plus) in the iPhone photo picker. Humble Video only sees the ones you pick.

Put them in order
Put the photos in order, or mix them up so every chapter of their life gets a moment. Video clips of them laughing or talking can go in too, with Plus.

Choose a song and export
A song is already chosen; change it if you like. Tap Export, and the video is saved to your Photos, ready to share or play on a TV.

A few tips
- Lead with a favorite: the photo everyone associates with them makes a lovely first picture behind the title card.

Questions
Can I include videos as well as photos?
Yes, with Plus. Clips play with their own sound, and you can trim them to the best few seconds or mute them so the music carries on.
Will it look good on a big screen?
Yes. Export in 1080p, or 4K with Plus. Tall photos are shown whole over a soft blurred copy of themselves, so there are no black bars on a wide TV.
